We invite you MASS 3D Mammography Screening Event at Trinity Church on Thursday, October 15, 2026 in Haines City, FL. If you have not yet had your annual mammogram for 2026 and are uninsured, we invite you to sign up for your mammography screening. Eligibility Guidelines for Uninsured Women: A Florida resident Do not have health insurance Have not had a mammogram within a year (12 months) 40-64 years of age OR Under 40 years of age with a parent, sibling or child that has had breast cancer Earn less than or equal to 200% of the poverty level Women of any age who have completed treatment for breast cancer may be eligible CLICK HERE to schedule your mammogram. For Spanish registration form CLICK HERE. *FREE Gift Card for uninsured eligible women who complete the virtual breast health education and keep their scheduled screening appointment. Eligibility Guidelines for Insured Women: Have not had their mammograms within a year (12 months) At average risk for breast cancer should begin receiving mammograms at age 40 Most health insurance plans cover screening mammograms with no out out-of-pocket cost Florida women who are insured can schedule their mammogram directly with 3D Mammolink. Disclaimer: The Beautiful Gate Cancer Support and Resource Center does not receive mammography screening reports, regardless of an individual's insurance status. Uninsured participants: If you receive a free mammogram through our partner, the Florida Department of Health Breast & Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program, the FDOH will contact you directly. All Participants: All registrants (insured or uninsured) must contact the mobile mammography imaging unit directly to obtain their results.
