Join The 5 AM Crew for an invigorating hike at Griffith Park! This hike is designed for experienced hikers who can handle a 6 mile hike that includes a 3-mile steep incline. We meet three times a week to enjoy the beauty of the early morning and build a supportive hiking community. Meeting Time: 5 AM Hike Begins: 5:15 AM SHARP Duration: We’re back down by 8 AM Meeting location: Griffith Park Merry-Go-Round Parking Lot Number One GPS Coordinates: 34.1315078, -118.2829861 Required to bring: •Proper hiking shoes (To avoid injury) •Water (2 liters minimum) •Snacks/Food (For Energy) •Small flashlight or headlamp •Bug spray (Highly Recommended) •Medication (If necessary) Dogs: Medium and large dogs are welcome but must be leashed at all times. Please bring dog food, snacks, water, and a trash bag to clean up after them. Rules and Guidelines: 1.Community and Connection: Build a community of like-minded individuals who support and motivate each other. 2.Consistency and Commitment: Show up consistently for physical health, mental clarity, and preparing for larger challenges. 3.Respect and Safety: Ensure safety and respect.
