October 3-4, 2026 Book lovers can browse rare and collectible finds from more than 50 exhibitors at Rare Books LA. Explore antiquarian books, first editions, maps, fine prints, book arts, and other historical materials from booksellers traveling from across the country and abroad. This year’s fair celebrates the 50th anniversary of Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire with a special exhibit of vampire-related books and memorabilia. See a first edition of Interview with the Vampire , the 1819 novel The Vampyre , and Anne Rice’s black Chinese-style wedding gown. Her son, Christopher Rice, and longtime friend Eric Shaw Quinn will also take part in a special discussion about her work and influence. The weekend also features author talks, curator-led tours, and plenty of opportunities to discover unusual literary treasures throughout Union Station’s historic Ticket Concourse.
