Randall Frazier, Founder and Owner of Silverback Hospitality, will share the story of building a hospitality company from the ground up and growing it into a successful business operating in one of Atlanta's most dynamic entertainment destinations. Drawing on his entrepreneurial experience, Frazier will discuss how he identified market opportunities, built a strong team, developed strategic partnerships, and expanded his portfolio through franchised ventures such as King of Pops at Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta. Students will gain practical insights into launching and scaling a hospitality business and overcoming the challenges of entrepreneurship.
