Learn how MARTA collects and analyzes rider feedback from more than 20,000 customers to make transportation cleaner, safer, and more reliable. When: Thursday, October 8, 2026, 3:00-4:00 p.m.Where: 1st Floor of Georgia State University Library North building (100 Decatur Street SE, Atlanta, GA 30303) in Classroom 1 — free and open to the GSU community and wider public (PantherCard or government-issued photo ID required for entry).Who: Alec Biehl, Sr. Market Research Analyst; Anton Gudiswitz, Sr. Performance Analyst; Dr. Robin Salter, Manager Field Research; and Dr. Chris Wyczalkowski, Director Customer Insights, Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA)The Voice of the Customer (VOC) program is MARTA’s flagship survey for customer experience measurement and improvement, guided by rigorous data collection, robust analytics, and a highly engaged cross departmental governance structure. The program integrates survey science, rider feedback, operational expertise, and executive level reporting to drive system wide enhancements in cleanliness, reliability, safety, and ease of use. Revamped in 2025, the program has collected over 20,000 customer responses, including both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
