The Foundation Program gives students the opportunity to engage in a more in-depth and structured approach to the practices of meditation and Buddhism. The structured curriculum allows us to develop a genuine experience of the Dharma while integrating it into our modern way of life. Participating in this program helps cultivate confidence in meditation, from fundamental techniques for addressing daily challenges to advanced practices that lead to ultimate happiness and lasting inner peace.
