Catherine will draw on her experiences during the presentation that include researching the meanings of eating when living with life-altering illness and losing two loved ones to ALS in discussing the effects of ALS on personal and family/friend relationships with and through food. During the conversation, participants are invited to share their experiences supporting people living with ALS.
