The agenda includes a review of Kannon Do’s financial status, reports on projects underway, identification and action plans for new tasks, reports on the results of past special events, and discussion of upcoming events. The meeting is a good way to learn how Kannon Do is managed and provides an opportunity to help take care of our center so that it continues to run smoothly.
