Each member (Employer) is entitled to receive notice of, attend and vote at all Meetings of Members of the Corporation. Meetings of Members include our Annual Meeting, which will take place at 12 PM ET on Tuesday, October 27 this year. The quorum for all Meetings of Members is 25%, so please participate in your right to vote as a member of the Corporation! Your participation in Pride at Work Canada’s governance helps us continue to achieve our vision of a nation where every individual can achieve their full potential at work regardless of gender expression, gender identity, and sexual orientation. The following are accomplished at Annual Meetings: Election and Confirmation of Directors and Officers of the Corporation, Appointment of the Corporation’s public accountant, Acknowledgement of receipt of financial statements and reports from the public accountant, Remarks from special guest speakers, Other business as required Please join us for our 2026 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, Oct 27, at 12 PM ET via Zoom.
