Many athletes believe that cannabis and cannabinoids can help them train, manage pain, promote recovery, or even improve their game—but what does the science actually say? Join us for the 2026 CMCR Symposium: Cannabis & Sport, a two-day virtual scientific conference exploring the latest research on the effects of cannabis and cannabinoids on exercise, athletic performance, recovery, and athlete health. The symposium will take place Thursday and Friday, October 1–2, 2026, from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Pacific Time. Registration is free and the conference will be held entirely virtually.
