@ 1st & 3rd Sundays | 11am-12pm | Library Stop by the library after service on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month for free blood pressure checks or to discuss health concerns and learn about resources. Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) affects millions of Americans (NIH). Major depressive disorder (MDD) is also prevalent. Both are treatable illnesses. Stop by the library after Sunday service for a free depression screening. If you are experiencing severe symptoms (such as thoughts of harming yourself) don’t hesitate to call 988.
