Steve and his wife, Julia, are proud parents to two children, Jacob and Anneliese. His hobbies include being a student of the market, spending time with friends, and driving his tractor. Chuck Wade Senior Vice President & Financial Advisor The Wade Group at Brighton Securities Chuck Wade is a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor at The Wade Group at Brighton Securities, where he has been helping individuals and families pursue their financial goals since joining the firm in 2012. He takes a goals-based approach to financial planning, helping clients develop personalized strategies designed around the life they want to live—both today and throughout retirement. Chuck works with clients across generations, focusing on retirement planning, investment strategies, income needs and legacy goals. He believes successful financial planning starts with understanding what matters most to each client and translating those priorities into a clear, actionable strategy. Before entering the financial services industry, Chuck worked as a journalist at 13WHAM-TV in Rochester. His communications background continues to shape his approach today, helping him make complex financial topics easier to understand so clients can make informed decisions about their financial futures. Chuck lives in the Rochester area with his wife, Elizabeth, and their daughters, Charlotte and June. Robert Wright, CPFA Retirement Plans Specialist ESL Federal Credit Union Rob brings 15 years’ experience in financial services to his role as a Retirement Plans Specialist, holding several previous roles, including Relationship Manager, Financial Advisor, and Financial Consultant. As a Retirement Plans Specialist, Rob provides comprehensive education to assist retirement plan participants with their financial goals. His aim is to help ensure that those saving for retirement have the appropriate plan knowledge and solutions to work towards meeting their retirement objectives. To complement his experience, Rob holds his Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP) designation conferred by The American College, is a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA), and has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
