Join our experienced yoga instructor at Sunny’s Spa & Beauty Lounge, located on the 2nd floor of The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa, and focus on your movement, form, and breath. The session will conclude with a mindful meditation that overlooks the stunning Pacific Ocean. Afterward, feel free to relax and unwind in our Spa relaxation areas.
