Service Day at Eden's Farm (date reminder; time TBA)
Sunday, October 4, 2026 · All day
Eden's Farm, 42-44 Elizabeth Avenue, Newark, NJ · Linden, NJ
About this event
A Newark service day focused on seasonal farm care, garden preparation, beautification, pollinator habitat, and community infrastructure. Time to be announced. This is a date reminder, not an all-day program. Urban Seeds Grow, the organizing community-farm program, is planning a larger service activation at Eden's Farm in Newark. Volunteers will support seasonal farm maintenance, garden preparation, beautification, and pollinator habitat while learning how underused urban land can become productive community infrastructure. The date is confirmed for Sunday, October 4. The event time is provided upon RSVP. Email urbanseedsgrow@gmail.com or call 908-666-6357 to RSVP and confirm the schedule. Volunteer capacity, activities, age and accessibility requirements, recommended clothing and supplies, waiver information, and participating partners are being finalized.
