This Afro-Brazilian martial art blends discipline, coordination, strength, and expression in a welcoming class for all ages and skill levels. Instruction is provided by the Brazilian Cultural Institute. Parking: Midtown Parking Garage What to Bring: Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring water and stay hydrated.
