Getting mixed information about what foods will be best after activity? Learn how to fuel your days with the foods that work for you and your lifestyle. Free samples provided! Thursday, October 8 at 6:00pm – Medicare There are changes that will affect all Medicare recipients (Part B annual deductible and Part B monthly premium). In addition, changes may affect recipients based on their existing Medicare Advantage or Stand-Alone prescription drug plans. Come and learn how it affects you, and be ready to make the best decisions based on your Healthcare needs.
