In this weekly, daytime class, we will use whatever is happening in our lives to explore the application of spiritual practices and principles. Join us for brief talks, lively discussion, short homework exercises and lots of laughter. Some of the questions we'll wrestle with: How do we cope with the demands of modern life? Feeling lonely? Disconnected? Do we feel like we belong? How do we heal? Do we have a sense of well being in our finances, relationships and health? Are we aware that we are loved and supported beyond our wildest dreams? What is ours to do in this moment? Suggested Love Offering is $20
