Puppy Yoga - Adults ONLY Unroll your mat, take a deep breath, and get ready for the happiest yoga class you’ve ever attended! Join Dr. Lisa Masterson, PT, DPT, CYT, for a relaxing 45-minute all-levels yoga class while adorable puppies from Happily Ever After Rescue roam, cuddle, and play throughout the session. Every puppy you’ll meet is available for adoption, making this a wonderful opportunity to support rescue animals while enjoying movement, mindfulness, and plenty of puppy kisses.
