INDIANA STATE BOARD OF ANIMAL HEALTH QUARTERLY MEETING The Indiana State Board of Animal Health (BOAH) will hold its quarterly meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at the Board of Animal Health office on the Indiana State Fairgrounds at Discovery Hall, Suite 100, 1202 E. 38th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46205. First Public Hearing – 9:35 a.m. Proposed Rule: Amendments to 345 IAC 3-4 concerning brucellosis in swine and 345 IAC 3-5.1 concerning pseudorabies in swine. - LSA # 26-302. 4. First Public Hearing – 9:40 a.m. Proposed Rule: Amending rules at 345 IAC 2-7 concerning interstate movement of farmed cervids and chronic wasting disease (CWD), surveillance for CWD on hunting preserves and repealing unnecessary provisions relating to brucellosis in cervidae. – LSA # 26-303. 5.
