This class is open to everyone. It is a required class for the Chaplaincy Program. Based on the book, Discover your Divinity - A Modern Guide to Affirmative Prayer By Linda Martella Whitsett & Deann Weir Morency. Prayer has been foundational to Unity for the past 130 years. The practice of Affirmative Prayer is less well understood. This book opens the way to a new understanding of the role of affirmative prayer: •What it is, and how it transforms lives. •Learn about the prime principle of oneness and the nature of God. •Prepare to pray with others. Bring a Journal and a pen to each class.
