Four pitmasters. One afternoon of seriously good BBQ. Sweet Auburn BBQ is bringing the smoke home for the inaugural McDonough BBQ Festival, bringing together four standout pitmasters for an afternoon of big barbecue, live music, friendly competition, and family fun. THE BBQ LINEUP Terminus City BBQ – Chef/Pitmaster Kevin Gillespie Dhaba BBQ – Chef/Pitmaster Jay Patel No Sauce Smokehouse – Chef/Pitmaster R.J. Mack, aka Mr. No Sauce Sweet Auburn BBQ – Chef/Pitmaster Howard Hsu A TASTE OF WHAT’S COMING Each pitmaster is putting their own spin on the smoker. Expect everything from Chinese Spare Ribs and Wu Tang Wings to Tandoori Chicken Sandos, Tikka Pulled Pork, BBQ Chicken Fritters, Hot Honey Smoked Wings and plenty more. Grab your plate, compare notes with your crew, then cast your vote for Best Overall in our People’s Choice Awards. your ticket includes: Admission to the festival and access to BBQ from all four pitmasters.
