Where are we running this week? October 7th, join us in the Rising Storm Brewery back parking lot, where our friends from Mount To Coast will have H1 and M1 Demo shoes to test out on the hills and mud of Ellison Park! Check here to see what trail adventures await! The usual details: Join us every Wednesday at 6 PM year-round for a free group trail run. On Wednesday Nights at 6 p.m., our friendly group meets at various parks and trailheads and heads out together for an hour-long trail run. What to Expect: Guided runs: Led by Medved Staff and Ambassadors. Approx. 1-hour duration: Enjoy a leisurely run through scenic trails. All levels welcome: Runners of all speeds and abilities are encouraged to join. Free participation: No cost to join the runs. Safety First: Leave pets at home: For the comfort of all participants, our runs are human only. We run in all kinds of weather: Please note that run locations may be altered depending on trail conditions.
