About this event
Our MSF for Turkey event is a gala-style collaboration between Friends of MSF Loyola (MSF) and Turkish Student Association (TSA), in which we aim to create an inclusive, culturally conscious, and enlightening atmosphere for our general body members. MSF is requesting Glamour to decorate the event in a manner that aligns with Turkish culture to create an inviting and inclusive atmosphere for attendees. In addition, we will have a live vendor, Abu Sauce, to promote the Gala-style ambiance of the event. While attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy mocktails and food, we will present a slideshow, displaying our parent organization’s humanitarian work in Turkey. Our MSF for Turkey will be our highest priority event, in which we look to continue a longstanding tradition within our organization of hosting an “MSF for ___” event, a Gala-style event with attendees wearing formal attire. At the same time, we will present the inspiring work of Doctors Without Borders’ global efforts, and recap our successes from the past semester with our general body. Additionally, MSF for Turkey will encompass our mission to promote student recruitment and continue cultural messaging and awareness within the Loyola student body while further working towards a positive cause with Doctors without Borders’ humanitarian work. --- Event Details: https://lucommunity.luc.edu/rsvp?id=384111
