Join us for fun and refreshing Stroller Workouts this month, designed to get our bodies moving, our minds decompressing, and our souls recharging – all while keeping the little ones happy and entertained! Led by a certified group fitness instructor with over 15 years of experience. This class is thoughtfully designed for moms of all fitness levels. Expect a playful mix of low-impact cardio, strength, and stretching exercises you can do with or alongside your stroller. Don’t overthink it – just show up, move your body, and connect with other moms and kiddos. Drop-in pass available as space allows.
